Returns & Exchanges

We will exchange or refund non sale items provided the item is returned to us in the following condition:

  • Same unworn condition
  • Unwashed
  • In the packaging
  • Sent in within 5 days of the buyer receiving it.

All shipping costs are incurred by the buyer.

The item is your responsibility to return to us. We will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.  Qadar will not reimburse the cost of return shipping costs.

If your parcel is stopped at UK Customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to the sender. Under no circumstances can Qadar pay customs duty in order to receive back our items.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.

If any free items are sent with your order as part of a promotion, these items must be returned along with the purchased item to receive a full refund.

Sale Items

Any sale item cannot be returned for an exchange/refund.
